Tired of repeating patterns in life?

Have you ever wondered why your life keeps repeating itself? Sometimes, it’s as if you have just solved a puzzling situation, which arises again with more force from another unexpected side, only changing the actors. It’s almost as if you had a mold and were repeating patterns over and over again. Ugrr. It seems like a bad joke sometimes.

When we keep repeating patterns, it’s a sign that our relationship with ourselves is out of alignment. The outcomes we experience in life are deeply rooted within ourselves, whether they bring us joy or not.

Just as what we carry in harmony reflects in our life in all that works, flows, and goes easy. All our grievances, regrets, guilt, inner struggles, judgments, and grudges are expressed in what is difficult for us, what we struggle to achieve, etc.

This is why it’s crucial to take care of everything we expose ourselves to: what we eat, listen to, and read, the programs we watch, the people we interact with, and everything we subject our body, mind, and soul to.

Life arises from within:

In simple words, we constantly emit a signal or electromagnetic field and receive feedback. Radio, television, and Wi-Fi make understanding these concepts easier today.

The signal we emit, our electromagnetic field, aura, or whatever we want to call it, is composed of both:

  • Our mind: What we consciously think, feel, and believe, plus
  • Our body: The body carries what is stored in the subconscious mind because it contains what we have thought, felt, and believed before.

Our life’s trajectory is not a mere happenstance. It results from our conscious decisions and actions or the unconscious patterns we follow as habits. This realization is a powerful tool that can empower us to steer our life in our desired direction.

This realization will empower us to take charge of our emotional states as a starting point for our well-being.

Memories can re-enact in our life. They can come from our own past experiences or from unfinished stories of our ancestors that travel to us through our DNA. Along with our physical traits, those stories seek to complete themselves. Hence, these will present as repeating patterns until we become conscious and take a step further to break through.

However, when repeating patterns, how do we choose which memories are repeated?

If only we had a choice, right? Or maybe we do, let’s see.

You may wonder why some stories are re-enacted or repeated, and others are not, or what defines which stories will repeat or which repeating patterns you will follow.

This is most easily seen or understood in terms of frequency, vibration, and attunement.

Nevertheless, the concept of ‘good vibes’ or’ bad vibes’—vibrations in general—is more than a trendy phrase.

It refers to the energy we emit and attract, which significantly influences our life experiences. Understanding this can help us maintain a positive energy flow and enhance our overall well-being. But sometimes, we try and can’t, isn’t it? Why is that?

Let’s look at the place from where we are living.

In the book Power Vs. Force, Dr. David Hawkins shared his work of more than twenty years in the form of a Consciousness Map.

In it, Dr. Hawkins determined the vibrational level of each emotion, what level of consciousness it corresponds to, the view of life and God (or the divine) we have in each state, and the process we are in.

To make a long story short, all survival emotions (below 200 on this scale) correspond to the victim state of consciousness, where the world does things to you, and things happen to you without much you can do about it (according to your point of view in this state).

Consequently, living from there only generates more suffering. The stories you carry engraved in you with a frequency similar to the emotion you are feeling are the ones you will replay in repeating patterns.

For example:

If you find yourself judging, claiming what someone should have given to you and didn’t give you or do for you and didn’t do, that claim will resonate with the stories of judgment and condemnation in your past, perpetuating vicious cycles and circles.

In addition, the complaints and condemnations in your family tree will echo, and you will likely re-act, repeat, or share similar stories or destinies to those in your family with whom you have tuned in.

Conversely, you can vibrate in higher emotions like love, peace, and joy.

Starting at the 200 level on the Hawkins map, you’ll move from force to power. Courage, optimism, and willpower open the doors of empowerment to create my life consciously.

With this general introductory knowledge, we can choose a strategy to lovingly promote energetic healing and make a combined intervention:

  • – bottom-up and
  • – from top to bottom.

Bottom-up:

Releasing low-frequency emotions, Removing visceral memories recorded in our body, and nervous and limbic systems.

This can be achieved by various means, such as:

  • Systemic movements
  • Breath works
  • Somatic exercises

From top to bottom:

To create order and tune in to higher frequencies and emotions. We can work with:

Implementing these techniques will liberate yourself from burdens and recalibrate your frequency closer to love. This empowerment will enable you to create a better life, benefiting yourself and those around you.
