Can you trust your journey and let life unfold for you?

Trust your journey

As I stared at the ceiling all night long, releasing brand new thoughts into my brand new world of so many things and circumstances, dawn came.

I realized that finally,

"
T H E
   U N K N O W N
 "

had reached me.

When I managed to calm the waters of my emotions (which took me a little while), I sat on the stairs of my new apartment, looked into the nothing, and asked in the air this little big existential question:

So,
N O W W H A T ?

I carelessly looked at my phone, which by the time read 10:01 in the morning, and one email notification popped up.

It took me a while to understand:

Congratulations!!! (Reads in the email)
Dear Supernatural Genius,

Your volunteer application has been accepted.

I have applied several times in the past to volunteer at these events (never got it, never understood why), but not any time recently. Or at least not for this particular event. I might have checked the “anytime” box in the availability question at some point…

So, here I am, with my little big question answered.

Now what?

Now I’ll volunteer at one’s Dr. Joe Dispenza week-long retreat.

A serene smile appeared on my face.

Well played, Universe. Well played.

Was that,

  • A sign?
  • A direction?
  • A reasurance?
  • A pat on the back?

YES.

If I want it to be, yes. If I trust my journey, yes.

Then, some questions arise in my mind that I want to share with you too, in order for you to start to trust your journey:

  • What does it take for you to take a step forward without knowing the following step or being sure of the outcome?
  • Can you take a leap of faith?
  • Can you follow your heart to the unknown?
  • Can you trust your journey? And believe life will take you where you need to be?
  • Can you follow your soul’s movement? And then peacefully allow the next move to appear and manifest in your body, in your mind, and in your world.

I’ve come to a point where I’m discovering that life is more about ALLOWING than it is about DOING.

So, I’ll leave you with one last question:

Are you allowing LIFE to unfold for you?

Above, I left you several questions. Now I want to give you some answers, pieces of information, and conclusions I’ve come to.

Why was I never approved before, but am I now?

I’ve realized it was because I wasn’t in the river of change yet.

I thought I was, of course.

But maybe I was just teasing the waters on the shore.

I couldn’t get it (Now I know) because I wasn’t ready and It was not the moment. Right here, right now, in my new stairs, home, and circumstances, this is the moment. Now, in the river of change, it arrives without asking for it.

WHAT I LEARNED?
YOU NEED TO MATCH THE ENERGY OF WHAT YOU WANT.

If you never heard about Dr. Joe Dispenza Before, you might be wondering: what is she talking about anyway? So, I’ll do my best to give you a short good answer to that:

Dr. Joe Dispenza jumped into the spotlight with the documentary What the Bleep Do We Know? He is a multiple-time New York Times best-selling author.

He works relentlessly on demystifying the process of human change, whether on a mental, physical, or life level. Through his works, wants to remind us how limitless we really are, as a species.

He teaches what is achievable by changing our brains, behaviors, and beliefs through scientific measurements and research.

IN HIS WORDS?

There is more to reality than this dream.

And the truth is, we’re greater than we think, more powerful than we know, and more unlimited than we could ever dream.

Dr. Joe Dispenza

How can you start to trust your journey? What can you do?

As I asked myself this question it came to mind a scene from the movie and book The Secret, by Rhonda Byrne. It’s been a long time since we saw it, I know. I can’t recall the exact quote, but it goes more or less like this:
When I start my car’s engine, I can’t see the whole road.
I have a direction and an intention, and my lights are on if it is dark. Then I trust myself, and I know that by seeing the next few steps, the following ones will keep unfolding and I’ll get where I need to be.

Thanks for staying till the end

LOVE YOU

LA ENFERMEDAD COMO SOLUCIÓN

SALUD

 Y social.

ENFERMEDAD

Del Latin

I N F I R M I T A S

 “FALTO DE FIRMEZA”

ENFERMEDAD Y SALUD

•Renuencia a hacer o cumplir algo.

CONÓCETE A TÍ MISMO

Sócrates

HASTA QUE HAGAS LO INCONSCIENTE CONSCIENTE, ESTE DIRIGIRÁ TU VIDA Y LO LLAMARÁS DESTINO

Carl Jung

Conectamos con lo que estamos en RESONANCIA

Permite toma de conciencia Y Movimiento de sanación

Qué Podemos hacer?

HACERNOS PREGUNTAS DESDE LA MENTE CONSCIENTE

De qué me habla mi enfermedad?

Do the best you can until you know better.
Then when you know better, do better.

Emociones = E-motions

Conflictos desencadenantes

Emociones bloqueadas

EMOCIONES ADOPTADAS

PUEDEN SER PRIMARIAS O SECUNDARIAS Y NO TIENEN RELACIÓN CON LA REALIDAD SINO CON NUESTRO CONTENIDO INCONSCIENTE

Generación de las emociones

Meditation beginners: 3 easy meditation practices to enhance your life right away.

Meditation

As a meditation beginner, some of the most usual questions revolving around your mind may be:

What meditation can do for you, for your life, or your brain?

As an advanced meditator and healer, I used to wonder the same thing. Hence, I came across two interesting articles highlighting the benefits of regular meditation.

The first article is titled

“Meditation: A simple, fast way to reduce stress”,

by the world-class-recognized Mayo Clinic, published on the Mayo Clinic website. It says meditation can bring inner peace and calm to your life, removing daily worries and anxiety, even for a meditation beginner.

Since ancient times, people had practiced meditation to deepen states of consciousness and connect with the mystical forces of life. Nowadays, people also use it for relaxation and stress relief. Meditation, in particular, improves clinical disorders associated with stress, as it is a type of mind-body medicine.

It can lower your blood pressure and heart rate and improve sleep quality. Despite the fact that there are several styles of meditation, all of them share some components.

Some of the elements all meditation styles share are:

  • focused attention,
  • relaxed breathing,
  • a quiet setting, and
  • a comfortable position.

Above all, everything mentioned previously can be incorporated into the following daily practices for a meditation beginner:

  • Deep breathing,
  • scanning your body,
  • repeating a mantra,
  • taking a walk and meditating,
  • participating in prayer, and
  • focusing on your love and kindness.

The second article is titled

New Studies Continuously Point to the Efficacy of Meditation“,

written by Dr. Joe Dispenza and published in Dr. Dispenza’s blog. It echoes the first article’s idea and then goes one step further by providing evidence from various scientific studies conducted by Mass General and Harvard Medical School’s neuroscientist Sara Lazar and others commanded by him.

They discovered that even novice meditators had increased gray matter in several areas of the brain, grew new neurons, and their amygdala shrank, implying that meditation can make you have a younger brain and even reduce stress, as the amygdala is the brain’s survival center associated with fear, anxiety, pain, and aggression.

The article emphasized that one of the primary benefits of meditation is that it allows people to unwind and engage with the present moment by challenging them to pay attention to their breath, energy within their bodies, and environmental sounds. As with any skill, the more you practice it, the better you get at it. Therefore, ten minutes of meditation is way better than no meditation at all.

Even the smallest meditation routine can help you grow your brain, so certainly you will have more capacity in your brain to:

  • create,
  • invent,
  • dream,
  • learn,
  • remember, and
  • improve your mind and awareness.

Based on these two articles and my experience as an advanced meditator, I’ve listed three actions I’d recommend to anyone who wants to start meditating and improve their health and life:

  • Start now – Don’t wait till you have the time or the perfect conditions to meditate. Any amount of time meditating is better than none.
  • Breathe – Pay attention to your inhalation and exhalation and allow yourself to relax into it.
  • Observe – Engage in the present moment and be the observer of your bodily sensations, emotions, and thoughts, letting them pass by without clinging to them.

You must begin incorporating meditation practices today to disrupt your automatic behaviors and patterns and transform yourself into a healthier more conscious being.
