Trust your journey
As I stared at the ceiling all night long, releasing brand new thoughts into my brand new world of so many things and circumstances, dawn came.
I realized that finally,
" T H E U N K N O W N "
had reached me.
When I managed to calm the waters of my emotions (which took me a little while), I sat on the stairs of my new apartment, looked into the nothing, and asked in the air this little big existential question:
So, N O W W H A T ?
I carelessly looked at my phone, which by the time read 10:01 in the morning, and one email notification popped up.
It took me a while to understand:
Congratulations!!! (Reads in the email) Dear Supernatural Genius, Your volunteer application has been accepted.
I have applied several times in the past to volunteer at these events (never got it, never understood why), but not any time recently. Or at least not for this particular event. I might have checked the “anytime” box in the availability question at some point…
So, here I am, with my little big question answered.
Now what?
Now I’ll volunteer at one’s Dr. Joe Dispenza week-long retreat.
A serene smile appeared on my face.
Well played, Universe. Well played.
Was that,
- A sign?
- A direction?
- A reasurance?
- A pat on the back?
YES.
If I want it to be, yes. If I trust my journey, yes.
Then, some questions arise in my mind that I want to share with you too, in order for you to start to trust your journey:
- What does it take for you to take a step forward without knowing the following step or being sure of the outcome?
- Can you take a leap of faith?
- Can you follow your heart to the unknown?
- Can you trust your journey? And believe life will take you where you need to be?
- Can you follow your soul’s movement? And then peacefully allow the next move to appear and manifest in your body, in your mind, and in your world.
I’ve come to a point where I’m discovering that life is more about ALLOWING than it is about DOING.
So, I’ll leave you with one last question:
Are you allowing LIFE to unfold for you?
Above, I left you several questions. Now I want to give you some answers, pieces of information, and conclusions I’ve come to.

Why was I never approved before, but am I now?
I’ve realized it was because I wasn’t in the river of change yet.
I thought I was, of course.
But maybe I was just teasing the waters on the shore.
I couldn’t get it (Now I know) because I wasn’t ready and It was not the moment. Right here, right now, in my new stairs, home, and circumstances, this is the moment. Now, in the river of change, it arrives without asking for it.
WHAT I LEARNED? YOU NEED TO MATCH THE ENERGY OF WHAT YOU WANT.
If you never heard about Dr. Joe Dispenza Before, you might be wondering: what is she talking about anyway? So, I’ll do my best to give you a short good answer to that:
Dr. Joe Dispenza jumped into the spotlight with the documentary What the Bleep Do We Know? He is a multiple-time New York Times best-selling author.
He works relentlessly on demystifying the process of human change, whether on a mental, physical, or life level. Through his works, wants to remind us how limitless we really are, as a species.
He teaches what is achievable by changing our brains, behaviors, and beliefs through scientific measurements and research.
IN HIS WORDS?
There is more to reality than this dream.
And the truth is, we’re greater than we think, more powerful than we know, and more unlimited than we could ever dream.
Dr. Joe Dispenza
How can you start to trust your journey? What can you do?
As I asked myself this question it came to mind a scene from the movie and book The Secret, by Rhonda Byrne. It’s been a long time since we saw it, I know. I can’t recall the exact quote, but it goes more or less like this:
When I start my car’s engine, I can’t see the whole road.
I have a direction and an intention, and my lights are on if it is dark. Then I trust myself, and I know that by seeing the next few steps, the following ones will keep unfolding and I’ll get where I need to be.
Thanks for staying till the end
LOVE YOU
