In this program, we gently crack the black box — accessing the individual field as well as the larger systems you belong to — to reveal the root causes of patterns, reactions, and tension.

  • Somatic mapping: explore where experiences are stored in the body
  • Systemic awareness: uncover patterns from family and larger systems
  • Guided reflection: trace sequences of emotional and physical events
  • Embodied practices: breath, movement, and gentle release
