Align our thoughts and actions :
Today, we have scientific proof that our thoughts and actions, feelings, and beliefs are not just passive observers but the architects of our experiences. This knowledge is more than just enlightening. It’s empowering, which means we hold the key to shaping our reality.
However, this being the case, it is not only “what I do” that will determine my results, but rather “from the place from where I do it” that will be the most determining thing.
It’s about aligning our thoughts and actions and the mindset from which we operate. This understanding doesn’t just open a world of personal growth and fulfillment. It ignites a spark of inspiration, encouraging us to align our thoughts and actions.
Consider this:
two people might appear to be doing the same thing, but their outcomes can be vastly different. This is because their thoughts, feelings, and beliefs, which are invisible to the naked eye, influence their experiences.
Generally, out of lazy thinking, we conclude that one is lucky while the other is not. And that’s it.
However, as seen through the filter of the above, which promotes that what we think, feel, and believe will determine the quality and nature of our outcomes, we can say more. We can now more correctly say that the one we initially considered lucky could be acting from a better place than the one we deemed unlucky in our example.
Here is a necessary clarification:
when we refer to ‘acting from a better place,’ we’re not implying moral superiority or better intentions. Instead, it signifies a higher level of coherence between your thoughts, feelings, and beliefs about a particular topic. That’s known as Coherence.
Accustomed to being negligent towards ourselves, our bodies, feelings, needs, and our own lives, we go almost on autopilot, responding to our obligations and commitments, resolving what is presented to us, thinking in one way and feeling in another, acting and reacting differently even from what we even believe. Emitting signals and patterns so incoherent, unconscious, and inconsistent that we cannot even get a clue as to why what happens to us happens to us.
So,
we believe it is destiny, karma, that life has no meaning, or worse, we assign manic attributes to the divine. Divinity, synonymous with love and kindness, makes ugly things happen to us for different purposes, such as testing us. It likes to squeeze but not hang or burden little humans out of pure vice.
If we get off the autopilot in which we have been living our lives and analyze these things that we repeat daily without devoting much thought to them because clearly, it is more comfortable not to think when we don’t care as much about ourselves as we do now, that we are beginning to relate to ourselves more intimately.
If we look closely at these statements and place them on a close mortal, read suitor, boyfriend, husband, or current situation, and the gallant decides to do any of this thing of squeezing us without hanging us, testing us to see how far we give, for the sake of it or pure sport, our reactions will range from not answering him again to requesting a restraining order.
Please, common sense.
All of this is an easy way out, of course. However, it distances us from becoming aware and responsible. It is easier to assign a medal-winning and fortuitous origin to what happens to us. It’s easy if we want to continue going through life like weather vanes, without a say.
But if I want to commit to making this life something I like, then it’s not valid. If I want to take the reins of my destiny with awareness and responsibility, it will be beneficial for me to understand this:
Life wants for you what you want for yourself.
This is what has been called throughout history to have been endowed with free will.
Do what you want to do with your life.
So we can ask ourselves:
How does life, the Universe, God, and destiny work? Whatever name I have for this greater force. It doesn’t matter. How does it know what I want for myself?
Like the Universe, the creative force, Source, or God, they do not understand Spanish, English, Latin, or Aramaic. He could know clearly because he could do everything. But you don’t need to understand languages:
The Universe understands vibration.
We talk about frequency. What you think and feel emits a frequency that connects you with experiences, people, and circumstances similar to the signal you emit.
And what is the signal that I am emitting? It is the alignment between what I think, feel, and believe. To align our thoughts and actions toward what we want is a wise move. Even so, life will reflect the more coherent signal We are emitting. Not what we want.
What’s that?
I may say I want wealth, but if I think poorly and feel miserable, my thinking and feelings align more with poverty than wealth, and that’s what I will mainly attract.
Align our thoughts and actions.
